Campfire Grill – April Wine Dinner
Campfire Grill will host a Spring Smoke Wine Dinner on Tuesday, April 7. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner beginning at 6:00 p.m.
The chef-curated multi-course menu features seasonal ingredients and wood-grilled dishes such as cheese arancini with smoky marinara, asparagus and pea salad, wood-grilled clams casino, smoke-roasted Faroe Island salmon, grilled Colorado lamb, and almond cheesecake, each paired with selected wines.
