Yoga is a call to action and by answering that call, we deepen both our practice as well as our relationship to all of life, to each other & to ourselves.

This workshop is an invitation to understand more fully the great & universal vows of the beginning path of yoga         ~ and through this deeper understanding, become the living, breathing yoga that our world so mightily needs.

We’ll explore the vows through luscious, embodied flow, focused kriya & a collaborative satsang.

This is sacred & holy work, you are a sacred & holy being. The spirit of what calls you keeps you free, what sings in your heart is a song of liberation.
