Treska's Lunch & Learn Series
Treska’s at Highland Lake Cove is committed to supporting the health, well-being, and vitality of our community and neighbors. To support this mission, we are launching a new Lunch and Learn series designed to bring you valuable, relevant insights in the areas of health, wellness, and community connection. We hope you will join us for these informative sessions.
Join us at Treska's Pavilion on July 10th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM for the launch of the series featuring speaker Dr. Jim Roach, MD, and author of Vital Strategies in Cancer. With two decades of experience in holistic care, Dr. Roach will share practical insights on achieving deep peacefulness, optimizing circulation, and utilizing botanical strategies to enhance wellness. Admission is $20 and includes a healthy meal of gluten-free and vegetarian black bean and vegetable fajitas with chips and salsa.
