Performer: Lynn Goldsmith and The Jeter Mountain Band

Lynn Goldsmith and The Jeter Mountain Band is a Henderson County, North Carolina based band. We play a variety of genres specializing in a blues/country/rock/bluegrass mix. The band name, Jeter Mountain, is named after a song that Lynn wrote about Jeter Mountain, a song featured on her Carolina Girl CD and, a mountain range between Henderson and Transylvania counties. The band is made up of four members: Lynn Goldsmith- lead vocals, guitar and banjo, Tom Murray- lead and harmony vocals, banjo, dobro and guitar, Steve Briggs- lead and harmony vocals, mandolin, harmonica and guitar, Mike Orr- harmony vocals, bass and suit case drum.
