Generations Over Dinner
Friday, June 19, 2026 at 6 PM at the Treska's Pavilion, we're tickled to bring back Generations Over Dinner for the third year in a row, due to popular demand.
What happens when you sit at a table with someone 30 years older than you and someone 20 years younger? The conversation changes. The questions get better. You start to remember things you didn't know you were carrying.
This is an evening of real food (from Treska's kitchen), real stories, and the kind of conversation that crosses every generational line. Facilitators Hope Paterson and Julian Guderley return to lead the evening, bringing the same warmth and depth that has made this one of the most talked-about events at Highland Lake.
This year, the evening opens with short, true stories from people who live the Highland Lake story. Then you'll sit at a mixed-generation table and talk about what this place means, what your generation sees in it, and what you'd carry forward.
Guests have traveled from Canada, Vermont, and Texas to be at these tables. Ages six to ninety-three have shared a meal and left saying it was unlike anything they'd experienced. Seats are limited. You can purchase your tickets below:
