Bill Sederburg, Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Genealogy

You may remember when Bill Sederburg presented "The Uncle Harry Story" about using DNA and genealogy to uncover his lost uncles' past.   We have asked Bill to return with a presentation on how to use artificial intelligence in genealogical research.  Bill, a former university president, chairs a coalition of ten regional colleges sharing information about A.I.   He is on the steering committee for the June regional summit on A.I. hosted by UNC Asheville.  Bill will provide a quick introduction to artificial intelligence (i.e. what is GPT).   He will then lead an interactive session and demonstrate the top 6 uses of A.I. in genealogical research.   Bill uses A.I. daily in his genealogy.  He is also aware of the false leads that A.I. may generate, and the need for caution when using it. All are welcome to attend our meetings and membership is encouraged. At only $25 per year, you will be given access to the Members Only section of the website, invitations to special Members Only events, our quarterly newsletter, and the satisfaction of knowing you are supporting the work of our growing organization.
