Local makers display a kaleidoscope of artistic textile art on May 15-16, 2026

Quilters weave stories with fabric and thread to create something beautiful and to leave a legacy. The precision and artistry with which quilters practice their craft become a gift to their family, friends, and communities. The Garden of Quilts show highlights the deep emotional threads that connect quilters to their neighbors.

Join the Western North Carolina Quilters Guild on: Friday, May 15, 2026: 10 am–5 pm Saturday, May 16, 2026: 10 am–4 pm

This exciting show will feature more than 175 award-deserving quilts, along with a special display of Quilts of Valor and Challenge Quilts. Attendees will be able to vote for a Visitor’s Choice Award and purchase tickets for the 2026 Raffle Quilt. Bonclarken Youth Activities Building 701 Kinross Drive Flat Rock, NC Admission is $10 with free regular and handicap parking. Bus tours welcome.

Group rates for assisted living and retirement centers are $5 per person if the group arrives by facility bus.
