Meals are served family-style, with generous shared platters inviting lively conversation and true community. These gatherings are as much about testing a new recipe for friendship as they are about food and bringing together interesting people from diverse backgrounds.

Inviting a New Norm – An Invitation from Treska’s Test Kitchen
Remember the sitcom Cheers, where every time Norm walked into the bar the whole place lit up with a resounding, “Norm!”? It was a small moment that carried a big message: you belong here.
That feeling — of being recognized, welcomed, and expected — is exactly what we hope to rekindle in people’s lives. Our Treska’s Test Kitchen Series explores what makes that feeling possible: how food, atmosphere, conversation, and the people around us create ease, welcome, and connection at the table.
As part of that discovery, join us every Friday from 5:30pm-7:30pm for Friends Over Dinner – a family style dinner salon, where shared platters and intentional pacing create room for deeper, more meaningful conversation.
Each gathering explores three essential arenas of a memorable dining experience:
1. Taste & Nourishment – trying out new recipes featuring seasonal, garden grown ingredients and creative pairings.
2. Atmosphere & Conversation – experimenting with pacing, tone, and salon style prompts that help a group move from small talk into real exchange.
3. Community & Connection – cultivating a community of kindred spirits through our Pay It Forward approach, inspired in part by Robin Wall Kimmerer’s book, The Serviceberry, which teaches that true economies are built on reciprocity and relationship.
